we're heading back to Post House Cafe for a £25 spring tasting menu. The idea is to keep costs as low as possible by using less desirable/fashionable ingredients or produce that would be otherwise counted as ‘waste’. This allows us to offer an ultra-affordable and sustainable tasting menu.
